I was inspired by a post on blackhairmedia.com about food and making a diary of what food we eat throughout the day. I need to get a grip on my food/nutrition intake so I am going to start here.
Feel free to join me if anyone need some motivation on this!
The point of this is that I am trying to eat healthier and feed myself with good foods and not just junk. We all need to respect our bodies and be aware of things like heart diease/high-blood pressure etc.
Right, last night I had a granola bar, about 3 small flapjack squares (more oats!) , 2 medium sized plums, another litre of water and a little more mango juice!
Today I've only had -
Some of the rest of that stir fry from yesterday's lunch - yummy left overs!
Half a glass of mango juice
Half a litre of water
I am not eating much in the day cos I'll be going out to a restaraunt tonight (a grill!) so I'm saving the calories!
